I will assume you are the buyer.  Go to

My ebay > Purchase history > Contact seller

You will need to ask the seller nicely, to please Cancel your purchase.  The seller is not obligated to do so, as the seller has to VOID the shipping label, and then file the Cancellation to refund you.  So ask nicely.
