Can't contact Customer Service Representative to resolve issue

I am having issues on listing items from draft mode (where photos on draft mode are missing when item is listed).  I have old IT Issue open which hasn't been resolved and when I just tried to go from draft to listing the same thing happened.   Short to just cancelling my whole account (which I've had since 1999)  what can I do to get their attention?

You can post over on the Tech Issues board - it's mostly other members over there but sometimes eBay staff will look at issues.

Also you can post about it on the Weekly Chat that's live most Wed 1:00 PT - you can get eBay staff's attention there, and they can try to get some eyes & movement on it.  You have to be there when the Chat is live, we can't post questions in advance.
