Buying on Ebay

So I have a question can I buy things from other ebay stores with the money in my seller account? i cant get ahold of customer service and when I do they dont know anything either, so yea. I have money available funds in my seller account and I need shipping supplies and want to purchase them off ebay, and I want to use the money in my seller account

If you are not enrolled in "spendable funds", then NO, you cannot use the funds in your seller account to purchase items.
