I shipped an item to a buyer on March 20 and it was delivered within the timeframe.However after a few days the buyer sent me email that he had not received but tracking showed it was delivered.What should I do i do now?Please advise me!

Give the buyer the tracking # and tracking information that proves delivery.
If the buyer files a Refund Request, reply to the request with the tracking information.
