I shipped an item to a buyer on March 20 and it was delivered within the timeframe.However after a few days the buyer sent me email that he had not received but tracking showed it was delivered.What should I do i do now?Please advise me!
I sold an item and I am offering free shipping however the shipping cost is higher than the selling .Can I change the shipping method and adjust the dimensions of the package ?I have contacted the buyer and he has not responded
