I accepted the item for return, but item been opened and it could be damaged already by who know what happened after buyer opened my brand new item sealed by original manufacturer company.
I am waiting for buyer ship back to me,
But I pretty sure its been damaged after he opened..
What should I do next? I will be totally lost money and item in this case..
Please help me if there is solution 🙏

Did you provide the prepaid return shipping label?
When you receive the returned item, refund the buyer in full.
You cannot speculate in advance that the item will be damaged.

Yes, just wait until you receive it back, then refund the buyer.

You have a damaged item.
Sorry, there's nothing you can do.
