Buyer not putting the order as delivered

So I sold in game items and the buyer doesn’t wanna place the order as delivered I have proof he got it game what should I do it’s been a week or two now

@tbhdona-64   the tracking number will show delivery, if it was done, if not, contact the shipping company to find out what is going on

if u have proof he got it, why do u need him to verify delivery?

Because it says he need to put that he got the item delivered but he won’t answer I have pictures of everything and eBay doesn’t help
