Cancel return request

Hi, I sold a phone and the buyer recieved it but it still had AT&T payments left unbeknownst to me. He understandably sent a return request and then messaged me himself. Since that day I’ve paid off AT&T immediately and he was able to unlock phone and wants to cancel the return request and keep the phone. We both (buyer & myself) want to know how to get the refund cancel..cancelled and my funds available?

The buyer needs to go back to the Returns Request, and look for the cancel/close link.  It might not appear until 3 days after filing the Returns Request.
