Hello,
I had a buyer initiate a refund request after asking him not to do so. I asked him to let me track the sports card down and if it was lost, I would send a replacement. He filed the request regardless and eBay refunded him the money. The card shows as delivered now. So in effect, I gave away free money, wasted hours of my time trying to find this ESE package, and then I'm also out the card? What do I do at this point? I filed a PIP claim. I feel like this ESE thing is pretty goofy. Is there a way to get a USPS Tracking number? The crazy thing is that this keeps happening with the same card. A 1989 Topps Traded Tiffany Nolan Ryan 106T. In fact I have the same card stuck in Coppel, TX right now. My buyer has been very patient, the local post office cannot/will not help. Do I call the Texas facility? My post office in rural wyoming can't Do anything with the ESUS number. I've tracked it with the parcel app. It says it was to be delivered by the 14th of August. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you! -M-

Is there a way to get a USPS Tracking number?
Yes, but it will cost at least $4 to ship that card. The ESE numbers are "read" by the USPS sorting machines, which is why there are restrictions on size and flexibility. The last sorting machine will state the item has been Delivered, and then it goes to the local post office to be delivered by the carrier.
If you have to refund for non delivery, you can file for a refund here:
