Bought an item using guest account now I can't track it through the email

Whenever I open the email it says it's gonna send me a verification code but whenever I press the "Email me" button it says "Whoops not a match"

To track an item you purchased as a guest on Ebay, you can use the order confirmation email to find the tracking number and delivery status.

• Find the order confirmation email from Ebay. The subject line will start with "Order Confirmed". 

• Select View order details. 
• Select Show shipping details. 
• Locate the delivery status bar. This will show the tracking number, delivery company, and the item's current location.

That's what I do but before it shows me the tracking bar it says it needs to email me a code and when I press email me it says it doesn't match but I don't know what isn't matching
