My description clearly described blemishes and included multiple close-up photos of the ding in the golf club. Now seller wants a refund. Funds are on hold. While I don’t feel obligated, I’d give the refund if the seller returned the item, paid return shipping and any fees I incurred, but I don’t even know how to make that happen. There’s no dispute option on my end. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you in advance. I truly appreciate any advice or direction.

If the buyer filed a Return Request due to "Item doesn't match description", then you will be obligated to approve the return, provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a refund in full when you receive the returned item.
