Authentication label is wrong

I sold an item that had an authenticity gaurentee on it. But when I purchased the shipping label from eBay it was only the label to ship straight to the customer, not the authenticator. Charged me for signature and everything. How do I resolve this?

Is the buyer's address to a P.O. Box or to an international location?  If so, the item would be shipped directly to the buyer and not the authenticator.
