Unauthorized Use of My Product Listing – Request for Immediate Action

Hello eBay Customer Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to report a serious issue: another seller is listing and selling my product without my permission. I have already contacted the seller and requested they remove the item, but they have not taken any action.

Here is the listing in question:

This seller appears to be dropshipping from Amazon or AliExpress, which is a violation of eBay’s dropshipping policy. Additionally, they have copied my product images, description, and pricing without authorization.

I respectfully request the following actions:

1. Immediate removal of my product from this seller’s store.

2. Investigation and appropriate action against the seller for violating eBay policies and infringing on my content.

3. Measures to prevent this seller from using my product listing in the future.

Please treat this matter as urgent. If it is not resolved promptly, I may be forced to escalate the situation further by filing a formal complaint.I have emailed eBay multiple times, but I haven’t received a reply yet. I just want my product listing removed from the other seller's store
