Hi all - can anyone identify this iron tool? I believe it was used for some type of woodworking or logging. It is 6 inches long and has a brand stamped on it that starts with "NOE..." I cant make out the other 3 letters. Thank you!

It is an Enderes G4 clinch cutter. It is listed under farrier items, so it has to do with shoeing horses. Cool old piece!
