A disgruntled seller who had to take back a misrepresented piece of antique pottery (undisclosed chips) entered "positive" feedback for me, the buyer, that was specifically negative.
The seller did not disclose the flaws in either words or pictures and stated that the pictures represented the condition, so anyone viewing the item would have no way of knowing that pictures of the flaws were not included. I gave this seller negative feedback.
Retaliatory feedback for me which was posted thereafter started with "This is not positive. It is negative..." It referred to me as the SELLER and insulted my character. Customer service told me by phone it would be removed, but it wasn't. More than a week has passed since talking to customer service. What more can I do?

The reps on Facebook and Twitter are miles above the regular reps. On Facebook send a private message.
