Need Help Identifying Use for Antique Bottle

I am thinking it is a medicine bottle of some kind.  It has an unusual shape.  Anyone recognize it?

not milk glass, lacking translucent, colored glass and certainly not antique.

Weelllllll,   when was the last time you used tooth powder, I don't think my mother did either, and she would be 100 this Year!  Just sayin' 🙂
