Further to my report last week regarding CONSTANT errors upon going into drafts in app or mobile browser site . This issue STILL persists for thousands of users. It's very frustrating & I refuse to re type & re do all these listings its your job tostore then. We pay enough fees to expect the bare minimum. They take time to retype etc & it's unfair that your had this specific app issue since May with no resolve at all . As a 15 year power seller please explain WHY this is suddenly happening. Each listing is time consuming so I'd appreciate a full explanation of why nearly all my 118 drafts have this problem. I hope you rectify this as its deterring me from using the site to sell. The last agent stated that many other users experienced this. Therefore why is nothing being done ? I have uninstalled then reinstallled. Cleared cookies cache etc. This is a major problem tjat is causing me a lot of stress. Especially as Ive reported twice & its not fixed. I am losing faith in Ebay. This never happened in 15 years. Hey @njluxe! The Product team wanted to reach out and help on this. Can you let us know what version of the eBay app that you are using? You should be able to see this by going to the Play Store and looking at the eBay app currently installed on your device. Also in the meantime the Product team recommends to use your web browser as they look into this issue.
