What a day today has been. I got an email from a customer that I sent a part to and it got broken by USPS. I have never had one of these broken by USPS in the 10 years I've sold this part here on eBay. I get home tonight and I have a package in the mail from a different buyer who had the same thing happen to them, theirs got broken by USPS, too. I thought my packing method for this part was pretty solid, I've never had a broken one in 10 years, or at least no one has told me that they got a broken one... but now two in the same day, geez. AND, I got a return for someone who bought a guitar part and it wasn't the right one for their guitar, even though in my description it CLEARLY says what models it fits. Oh well, this one gets the 'ol 20% restock fee, so it doesn't hurt as bad. I can't get over USPS breaking two of the same part in the same week after never having one broken in 10 years. I've probably sold a thousand of these in the 10 years I have sold them. SO strange.
