Hello, can I use a priority mail envelope to mail a item on the usps tyvek envelope? Thanks 😄
The envelope looks like this: http://i3.squidoocdn.com/resize/squidoo_images/590/draft_lens17543761module147720472photo_1295744457...
And I'm using the priority mail shipping label

The Tyvek envelope is not a flat-rate envelope. It ships at the regular Priority Mail rates (based on weight and distance) so in the shipping label page drop-down menu you'd just choose regular basic Priority Mail package, not one of the specific special boxes or envelopes.

You can use a Priority Mail label on any package with a length-plus-girth of 108 inches or less.

That envelope says Priority right on it...am I missing the joke?

Not all PRIORITY envelopes are FLAT RATE. Only if they say so. Otherwise they are calculated based on weight and distance. You need to measure and weight the package that you are using that says PRIORITY>
