Maybe there is a different view in the UK on eBay.co.uk...idk

@shield333  Hi, shield ~ If you are having a specific problem/question, a little more detail would help us to help you.  There is a "time line" that must be followed by both the buyer and the seller before a request can be elevated to a "case", so I am not understanding your "sudden escalation" comment.  Lots of great help here, so give us the details!

 

Even though you are located in the UK, I see that you list on the .com site and ship to the US, so the rules are most likely the same, but if you would prefer to talk with your own blokes, here is the link for the UK site:
