I provide IT support and several customers have asked from me, why they can't log in to Ebay?
There is following stupid error on screen after entering their Ebay credentials:
"Pardon Our Interruption...
As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:
You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.
You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser.
A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript, is preventing JavaScript from running."
There is single account and not any super speed, Java script is enabled and anyone hasn't acknowledged any contact with Ebay friens named "Ghostery or NoScript"
As result sellers don't have any access to their account and even can't post to forum.

I got that message about being a bot a couple times yesterday. Then it stopped.
But I've been having problems logging on for a week or so. Log in screen freezes and I have to refresh the page to get it to work. Sometimes I have to refresh 2-3-4 times before the auto-fill works.
This is when I'm going back and forth between my 3 accounts.

Users report that they are locked out of their Ebay account.
Including they can't edit their listing nor leave feedback already for 3 days at least.
Repeating log in attempts doesn't help.

I haven't been locked out (Yet)
I just click "Switch accounts" and then the screen freezes. It'll unfreeze if I
refresh 2 or 3 times. Then I can log in OK.
Not constant, I have problems about 8 times out of 10

Same issue here in N.J. for 5 or 6 days. Does anyone know if eBay is working on this? Are they aware of the problem?? Good Luck Everyone!!

I had that for this forum and I cleared out the eBay cookies and that fixed it. Right-click on the lock in the address bar on the eBay site you want to access, then cookies and delete the cookies.

If deleting eBay cookies manually does not help, try another browser or a private or incognito browser window. Or use the eBay app.

Since these people are reporting their problems to you, why not be a good guy and report their problems to eBay on their behalf?

AFAIK there is no way how to reach Ebay support.
Personally I have gave up with Ebay.
As seller, a worst customer experience one can imagine.

I attempted to reach Ebay but can't get any further of automated agent.
Ebay help engine seems to be a closed loop locking any live agents out.
Apparently service one can get is country and IP based.

Well there goes about 50 thousand potential sales. OOPS!

You should be able to use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent. Call backs are only available in North America on ebay.com, I believe. At least through the chat assistant.
There is also a contact link for users having problems signing in that is reachable through the sign-in page. On the page where the password can be entered, there is a "Need help signing in?" link. That link leads to options to change or reset the password. If the "reset" option is chosen, on that page is a "Contact" link specifically for users unable to sign in.
Reaching out to eBay via social media is also an option.

Ghostery and NoScript are not "eBay friends," they are browser extensions that prevent scripts from being automatically run on a webpage without the user's explicit permission. If someone is using one of those extensions and has not whitelisted eBay and all of its related domains, it will automatically block JavaScript on any eBay site until they allow it to run scripts from that page.

There is also this: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Report-eBay-Technical-Issues/bd-p/technicalissues-db
If you tag it to one of the eBay employees that do help here, maybe they can be of more help. These should be those people: Monthly Chat with eBay Staff - The eBay Community

In some cases, corrupted or outdated cookies and cache data can trigger the bot detection mechanism. Advise your customers to clear their browser's cookies and cache and then try accessing eBay again.
