I wonder if a buyer can leave negative feedback for an item that they
asked a return for and they get to keep the item and are fully refunded.
Somehow it stands out in my mind that the feedback option is than
blocked for the buyer.
yes and nothing on the announcement page. Isn't that page for issues
like this so we KNOW whats going on and an estimate when it is fixed
would be rather nice.
