So we sell beauty products, been doing this for a long time and this
really has me puzzled. I noticed this "La Mer" product which usually
sells pretty quickly sat for 6 months, no action. I did a search for it
in my store inventory and it didn't come...
This has happened to me a few times. Accept the return and provide a
shipping label. You will never hear from them again, because they can't
send you the item.
Depending on how much selling you do, would be a good investment to buy
a shipping scale, then you could know exactly what you're going to pay.
Also I would absolutely buy your own packing supplies and be on the hunt

The key with ground advantage is the $100 insurance. USPS lost 5 of my
