I just got a reminder that vintage circular saws came with 7" blades and
modern ones are 7 1/4". I can't find any basic blades for just cutting
wood in 7". I'm wondering if a 7 1/4" blade will fit a 7" saw. Maybe

Sounds like a complete scam. Why would eBay need anyone's bank
statement? And 3rd party age verification is par for the course when
selling age specific items online. I'm sure you never even see the
buyers ID card. Phishing I think. Here on USA ebay ...
Here in NYC you might get ripped off by using someone unlicensed. On the
other hand you are certain to get ripped off by someone who is licensed.
People pay a lot of money to get all official documents in order. That
way the city ignores you and goes...
I'd suggest checking the official definition of merchandise as it
pertains to import/export before deciding that something you sell on
ebay falls under it. But for practical purposes I'd be more concerned
