I mailed an item using ebay standard envelope and tracking shows it was
delivered. Buyer claims he does not have it and opened a case with ebay.
Now I feel I need to just refund the buyer, but what happens if I
decline to refund the buyer.
I ship ebay std envelope for stamps and cards and printed a label twice
by mistake. It's only 57 cents but I want to void one of the labels.
When I go to manage labels/actions there is no selection for void label.
Any thoughts?
I am getting message Something went wrong and we were not able to
generate the label. First Class package works fine but most of what I
sell is the standard label.
Seriously why is eBay offering 20% off when there is no way I am giving
20% off anything. I told a buyer who inquired to go ahead and order and
if eBay does not give the discount out of their own pocket she can
cancel the order. I wish eBay would eit...
I saw a couple of posts recommending clearing cookies. I cleared
history, cookies, and browsing hen rebooted and presto, it worked. Why
doesn't ebay put out advice on this simple fix?
