There is an technical issue with shipping labels that eBay is working on.

A fellow Mentor created this thread on how to use bulk shipping as a workaround.

You can also try incognito/ private browser mode.

OR try another browser.

If you are buying regular USPS labels Pirateship.com is free to use, integrates with eBay and they charge the same commercial base rates.

I saw a couple of posts recommending clearing cookies.  I cleared history, cookies, and browsing hen rebooted and presto, it worked.  Why doesn't ebay put out advice on this simple fix?
