I would wait a day or two if it processes slow. In the future, I would
use something more reliable such as a credit card. I have never had a
problem with payments going through slowly that way.
You can try restricting by miles away, but that doesn't always work.
Also, these fakes can appear to be local, but a quick look at the
seller's userpage shows a different location, such as China. Always
check the userpage, and always use a credit car...
