If the SNAD is determined by eBay to NOT be a SNAD after all, but a
buyer's remorse it is subject the seller's terms. I have had eBay step
in and help me resolve erroneous SNAD's many times.
I should also clarify that is in regards to a SNAD where eBay is

I think it's USPS. I use shipstation and from time to time a package
will go on a detour far out its way before making it back on track to
the destination.
I'm sorry I don't have an answer for getting your seller protection that
you deserve, but I would suggest filing a police report in the city
where the package was delivered.
