I'm probably late to the dance here, but I used to have a footer on my
eBay messages. I noticed it is no longer on my messages, but when I went
into Message Settings to add it again, there is no option for a footer.
Did eBay do away with it?
I'm curious how other sellers would handle this situation, as this is

January 31 and was shipped by USPS First Class with Tracking. USPS

Thank you for your insight. I sometimes even replace ones that are
reported as delivered if it is clear that the buyer really didn't get it
(or at least makes a convincing argument). But after 5 weeks, I don't
think so.
