Product Images Not Appearing on Packing Slips

Recently, product images have not been showing up on my packing slip/invoices. It is not consistent, in a batch of packing slips, some of them have the product image, and some of them have the box that shows up when the image can't be displayed. 

I've tried clearing my browser cache multiple times, and have tried it on both Chrome and Edge with the same results.  

Is it just me, or are others experiencing the same thing? Is there any way to fix it on my end? It's not a big deal, but it certainly makes the packing slips look less professional.

Same thing happening to me. I checked and I still have the box checked to include the picture but am getting a greyed out blank image instead. The picture makes it much easier to fill orders. Hopefully it is just an eBay glitch that will correct soon.

We are having the same problem. It's started in the last few weeks. Perhaps connected to the switch to GTC?

It's a problem with the thumbnail image URLs in those places. eBay has been tagged on the issue.
