I sold an item as "untested/not working/for parts" in auction. Buyer
sent me a message saying that item doesn't works and wants 20.00 dlls
refund or will open a case (yes she treated me). So she opened a case as
"item not as described": does not work...

The same day the item got delivered, the buyer opened a case as "Doesn't
match description or photos" with comment: "N" and that same day I got a
message from the buyer: "I need to return. It's still in the same

Ebay seller protection is nothing but a joke.You do no have protection
at all as seller, only as buyer, that's why only buyers wins and can
abuse/steal sellers.
Yes, but my example is a real item I sold days ago, those are the
official delivered dates showed to the buyer and the ones eBay is
compromising me and USPS to deliver. I live in TX the buyer in FL and
service is USPS First Class Package.

Same here, the estimated delivery times are so wrong on ebay. Here're is
