I am also experiencing the same non stop blue spinning wheel when I try
to checkout using PayPal. I tried clearing cookies and cache, I tried
using different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox), I tried using
different IOS devices, I tried paying 24 h...
I have this same issue in my Ended list in the latest version of the
eBay App!!! And it is VERY annoying & frustrating to not know what
auctions I missed and when I missed them!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FIX
