My buyer received his priority mail package. He said looked like it was
cut open and taped back together. There was some packing paper in it,
but to the item I shipped. How do I handle a refund for this? He did
send pictures.
Thank you. Will ebay give them a complete refund then?They only received
an empty shipping box and some packing paper. It was insured for $100
with priority mail, but I didn't the extra insurance to cover the total
of $350.
