In the past 2-3 months I have had to open about 5 return requests on
items because of shipping damage, items not as described, and wrong
items being sent to me. EBay gave me a warning today saying I opened a
lot of returns. Should I be concerned?
so I have been selling on ebay for years now and this is the first
return I have ever had filed against me, what should I do? I sold a
small desktop computer about a month ago that was fully working and had
windows installed. the buyer got it 20 days...
I am glad that ebay has a system in place for people that abuse the
return system, the problem is I mostly buy from small sellers that dont
package items very well and they get damaged in shipping. I dont think
anyone would be happy with a damaged it...
