Does everyone know that when you issue a refund for combined shipping,
that ebay does not refund the final fees that it took on that money?.
Paypal always did!!!! TOTAL RIPOFF!!!! It would be easy to fix. They
should REQUIRE a buyer to request a comb...

world cost $1.72. It went to $3.30, then $6.60, now $9.00, Now I cant
sell internationlly. No one will buy a $5 sports card and pay $9
