INR claim, tracking only shows "out for delivery" I automatically lose, right?

Got an INR claim this morning from a buyer, the tracking only goes as far as "out for delivery" I think this is an automatic loser for me but would like to verify if anyone knows for sure before I refund. Thanks in advance for any info

I've always found it slightly annoying when a buyer leaves a message telling me how to pack their items but I guess you just have to realize they may have had a bad experience in the past, don't take it personally I received 2 bulk lots of old medals...

Do any human beings actually look at items ebay is removing?, evidently not Yesterday I get a message "we had to remove your listing because it doesn't follow our offensive material policy" with a few paragraphs about Nazi items & etc that are banned...
