Seller refuses to refund money and ebay says he is in good standing so therefore you loss the money even though we do see that the merchandise was returned. Ebay closed refund attempt even though they were completely involved.

Seller agreed to take product back and said he would refund full amount. Proof of delivery but seller refuses to pay me back the money and ebay won't do anything.
