I use pirate ship too. I have noticed some differences in pricing
--sometimes on an item ebay is cheaper sometimes pirate ship so I just
choose the cheaper one. But they are usually the same.
Same here. When I just checked, My account was also marked discounted
rates. I know I didn't change it and the last item I sold did NOT charge
the discounted rate so it was changed by ebay already.
