Using usps flat for inexpensive item

On the old listing form, I remember an option of an envelope for shipping first class flat.  I don't see that on the new version.  Or is it hidden somewhere?

If you are talking about eBay standard envelope, those are only for selected categories.

Yes, that's another defect in the new listing form. You have to set a flat price for shipping and choose generic "Standard shipping" as the shipping service.

No, I just meant regular usps mail--like a birthday card, etc. not ebay standard envelopes.

I just wanted to make sure it isn't hidden somewhere like some of my usual listing options are.  Thanks for letting it's ebay and not me.
