I wanted to report a listing that Claims USA seller and item location is NY. However, I ordered the item and it was shipped from China. On further investigation I discover that the seller is Location: United Arab Emirates.
When I tried to report the listing , there is this message in blue at the top of the report item page
"This feature has been replaced by new reporting functionality and will soon be deprecated. To submit a report, tap the three dot icon and select "Submit a Report", or tap the question mark icon, select "Report Content" and then "Submit a Report".
Well, I'm lost--where is the three dot icon? Or the question mark icon???

Thanks for the link. I just wondered why ebay makes it so hard to report bad sellers. Why isn't the link on the listing removed if that isn't the way to report a listing.
When purchasing, I looked for 100% feedback--which this seller had. On further investigation, I see no negatives but there were neutrals that indicated the same problems. I was planning to give a neutral since I did receive a prompt refund--but I needed the item and not the refund. I'm debating leaving a negative but have never done that --but that's the only way others will be aware of the problems with this listing--not a USA seller, NOT shipped from USA, NOT located in NY plus wrong item after waiting!

The link has never been on a listing. It isn't hard to find the link I gave you so you can report the a seller. But you do have to look for it, like you would any other policy. I find the easiest way to get to the policy is to Google it.
