The Shipping Calculator has shorted the shipping to the buyer on many of
my auctions and I have to pay extra from 15% to 30% when I ship items .I

I do not want ebay to list my items without my permission but that is
what is going on . There is no function to turn it off and I am not
happy that I do not have controll of what I decide to sell and when .

Yes I changed the shipping discount that I never gave in the first place
.Yet the price still shows lower than the fixed rate . How is it you
have a link to my settings that I do not have or even know about?
I have never chosen offer discount rate or have I ever seen a link or
page that says offer customer discount rate so how did it happen to be
