Sorry but there is no way out of this. Buyer gets to return an item if
it is defective. This is just good business practice. It could be abused
but I will not shop at a place without this policy. That is what the

suggest you communicate this concern to ebay immediately.

If that were the case, then this is a first. It never happened in this
way. I issue refunds before the funds are taken. Funds never go on hold
for any of my returns prior to this.
All my listings actually have the 30 days return. I sometimes says no
returns in the description but I do accept the return if a buyer wants
to return it.
