Got a message from ebay that they would deduct $21.95 form checking
account. It never happened. Two days later I got notice from bank that
ebay had deducted $7.70 from checking account. No explanation from ebay.
anybody else having this proiblem?

I'm a seller. I refunded shipping charges to a customer. ebay didn't
reduce the sales tax that was charged on the higher amount. paypal
always did this correctly.
