I recently sold a vintage hat to Japan and item was shipped through Ebay Global Shipping. When I went to check tracking / orders- discovered Ebay had confiscated the item in Kentucky for being " restricted" and the buyer was refunded from my account....

Curious about other sellers experiences here. There is considerable lag time waiting for sale $ to be deposited in my checking. Transfers that are marked completed by Ebay- still don't show up in my bank statement. What gives? I have sent out emails ...
