i CAN NOT FIND WHAT TO EXPECT IF DVD IS "GOOD" CONDITION? 

I returned an item a over a MONTH ago. My account says I got my REFUND several months but no REFUND. AND eBay is near impossible to talk to.ANy suggestion on how to contact them to find out where my refund is?
