I have subjected several times a feature on "ORDERS/PURCHASED" [assuming "orders screen" is the same as the "purchased screen"?] to have an option of sorting the DELIVERED from the YET TO BE DELIVERED to keep track if you buy lots of stuff. But they always ignored my request as they say, they don't want suggestions. When I get on a tirade of ordering lots of things like DVD, CD, etc, it is hard to keep track of the two [1. shipped, 2. delivered]. Now they appear to be sorted by order date but I could care less as what is important is to keep track of what I have received, what is late, or lost.
So, am I missing something? Is there a way to order them how I WANT or is that feature missing? Surely they should realize this is a important feature for people that buy a lot.
