These 2 situations could not have happened with better timing (both in

protection & support. Both companies proudly promote in some way they

After reading all the comments, it seems like this is the process more
experienced sellers than me are communicating. The 1st round attempt to
get assistance with these fraud buyers, eBay routinely sides with buyer.
No one has indicated yet they know...
