This is the exact thing that happened to my orders this morning. This
after all day yesterday we were getting errors trying to even send
invoices. I don't need an explanation of what I might have done wrong
here either, I know what I am doing and saw...
Respectfully your input is not helpful or really relevant to the
discussion. As with the OP, I'm sure they need to send a combined
invoice and didn't think they would need to thoroughly explain their
situation because the internet message board noobs...

way it should be, tracking the package, having ample insurance on the
package, and keeping open communication with your buyer (always keeping
