Is there a report or something? I can view an abbreviated list of
categories in my profile, but of course it doesn't drill all the way

When a listing comes up "send offer eligible" and an offer has been
previously sent will new offers go to the same buyers again Let's say
for buyers who are still watching or a previous offer has expired, etc.

A buyer bought a motorcycle part and selected a vehicle that I had not
specified in the fit list 1 - I'm assuming that's because they can
return it for any reason, that right? 2 - The buyer stated the return
reason was "doesn't fit"... DUH you bought...
I've had 2 separate people today message me to see if I will accept an
offer(why not just send an offer) Anyway they're profile shows Mexico
which I have excluded I am assuming this is because they have their
address set to somewhere in the US? Thank...
