PayPal is not working here and is showing an error message. Also, eBay
messages about my purchase do not seem to be going to my eBay. It seems
they are just being sent to my outside email.
Ebay has the resources to increase their staff.. The better they protect
buyers and sellers, the more attractive their site will be to legitimate
buyers and sellers.They could put in place a better report system for
